Extremely happy with Savvy service, had a burst pipe in outside toilet, called Savvy explained needed a plumber urgently, this 20:00 hrs in the evening. The lady answering the call advised that a plumber would arrive within a half hour and explained terms & conditions re a late call-out. The plumber arrived on time accessed the damaged and within 20 minutes received a quote, the lady in the office advised that I could after the job competed, send quote to my insurance or pay Savvy directly. I had a fantastic experience with Savvy Civils and Plumbling. They handled both the plumbing and civil works at my home, and I’m really happy with the results. The team was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. They showed up on time, worked neatly, and made sure everything was done properly. What really stood out was their attention to detail and the pride they take in their work. They also kept me in the loop throughout the process, which I really appreciated. It’s not easy to find reliable contractors these days, but Savvy Civils and Plumbing exceeded my expectations.
