Every job we undertake is recorded by both our administration staff (who pick up your call or email) and the technicians who attend to the matter on hand. This is kept in our records system, so that should a query arise, we have all the details available.
All our technicians who perform plumbing duties are qualified to do so and will identify themselves as members of our organisation when they arrive at your home or business. In fact, we are so confident about our service levels that we offer a 6-month warranty on our workmanship (except when we are required to fix other people’s mistakes). See our Terms & Conditions.
